Schedule:  M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Salary: $20-$23 hourly

Position Overview: The Administrative Assistant will serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR systems, IT issues, and other HR-related questions. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the capability to resolve basic IT problems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist employees with navigating and utilizing HR systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, time and attendance, performance management).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic system access issues.
  • Provide guidance on data entry and system updates.
  • Assist with system training and onboarding for new employees.
  • Resolve basic IT issues such as password resets, email problems, and software installation.
  • Assist with hardware troubleshooting (e.g., printers, computers, phones).
  • Provide basic technical support to employees utilizing company devices.
  • Escalate complex IT issues to the IT department for further assistance.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Workforce) is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay Range: USD $20.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
