A facility located  in Minot, ND is seeking an experienced and dynamic  Assistant Nurse Manager to lead a couple of their teams in the Emergency Department!

Salary: Up to $110,000/year

Assistant Nurse Manager Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position
  
• 4 days a week (flexible schedule) 2, 12-hour shifts, and 2, 8-hour shifts
  
• The Assistant Nurse Manager has oversight of the Emergency Department
  
• Relocation assistance is offered on a case-by-case basis
  

Assistant Nurse Manager Responsibilities:

• The Assistant Nurse Manager will oversee the recruitment, orientation, and professional development of nursing staff, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce
  
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing personnel, providing regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring to promote professional growth
  
• Demonstrates a working knowledge of personnel management and communication principles to maintain a positive work environment. Assists the Nurse Manager in developing and managing the department’s resources (time, materials, and personnel) within the budgetary guidelines as approved by the Trinity Health Board of Directors
  

Assistant Nurse Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
  
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota, or a compact license.
  
• Emergency Department experience
