We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. ### Responsibilities:
- Accurately process financial transactions and maintain current and accurate records.
- Perform full charge bookkeeping duties with attention to detail.
- Complete account reconciliations to ensure financial data is precise and up-to-date.
- Efficiently process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Use QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to manage financial data and perform essential data entry tasks.
- Support administrative duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the team.
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end close processes.
- Prepare and process invoices with careful attention to detail.

### Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a bookkeeping role.
- Strong experience with account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate financial records and perform bookkeeping duties.
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks software.
- Experience with month-end close procedures.
