Job Description

We are seeking two remote, detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to support a healthcare organization for a 6-8 week contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are highly accurate, able to work independently, and understand the importance of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process large volumes of medical evaluations.
Accurately enter information into an established database.
Collaborate with internal teams and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflows.
Maintain confidentiality at all times when handling sensitive data.
Carefully interpret and understand medical terminology and shorthand used in evaluations.
Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Dynamics, to complete tasks.
Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is a plus.
Position Details:

Location: Remote
Start Date: Monday, November 4th
Contract Duration: 6-8 weeks
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday. Choose between two available shifts:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong typing skills and accuracy in data entry.
Previous experience in organizing files and maintaining a structured filing system.
Excellent communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting is a plus but not required.
