What You'll Do:

Accurately manage and update logistics data for assigned vendors, ensuring timelines are met.
Identify and resolve vendor or local delivery issues, proactively troubleshooting where needed.
Communicate with vendors to address concerns, adjust delivery schedules, and maintain smooth operations.
Escalate complex problems to supervisors when necessary for prompt resolution.
Partner with internal teams to correct and maintain accurate merchant data.
Collect and align item-level data from merchants with internal item numbers and descriptions.
