Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Dispatcher to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is ideal for someone with a background in mechanical, construction, or plumbing industries who is comfortable handling administrative tasks and processing work orders in a fast-paced environment. The Dispatcher will support the team by processing work orders, dispatching technicians, and assisting with various accounting and administrative tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Process and manage work orders in Corrigo, ensuring accuracy and timely input for invoicing.
- Dispatch technicians to various job sites and manage scheduling within the system.
- Assist with a variety of accounting and administrative tasks, including running reports, organizing files, and general office support.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Excel, and Word to support daily operations and reporting.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the mechanical, construction, or plumbing industry.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and Word.
- Prior experience working with industry-specific portals or dispatch software is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Corrigo is a plus; client is willing to train on Corrigo for candidates with solid tech skills.
