Caregiver / CNA Job Duties:

• Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, hygiene, transfers, mobility
• Companionship: Activities, socialization, emotional support, outings
• Household Support: Meal prep, errands, light housekeeping
• Monitor Health: Keep clients safe/healthy by reporting observed condition changes to our nursing director!

Caregiver / CNA Qualifications:

• Compassionate and caring personality with a servant's heart
• 1 year of previous professional experience as a Caregiver / CNA / HHA or similar
• Registration on CA Home Care Aide (HCA) prior to first shift. We can show you how.
• Valid CPR Certificate and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with a reliable vehicle
• Ability to perform physical tasks. Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
