**This role is a full-time position at 40 hours a week located at Lake Forest Hospital. The schedule for this position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8:30a-5:00p, Thursday 10:00a-630p, and Rotating Saturdays 7:30a-1:30p. We are offering a $5,000 sign on bonus for this position. **
