Project Manager - ERP

Location: 100% Remote

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in ERP systems to oversee and manage ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of ERP projects using Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against those plans
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders
• Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment
• Manage project documentation, including status reports, change requests, and lessons learned
• Train and mentor team members on project management best practices and ERP system functionalities

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in ERP implementations, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• 10+ years of experience with Project Management
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
