The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing recruiters and the execution of the talent acquisition model for Latin America. The TA Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategic talent acquisition initiatives, which result in solid pipelines of prospective candidates and successful hires.
