Job Description



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales operations, business analysis, and hands-on proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM. This role will involve analyzing sales data, creating reports, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and provide insights to the sales team and management.
  • Assist in sales forecasting processes to ensure accurate and reliable predictions of future sales performance.
  • Support the development and management of sales quotas, ensuring they are realistic and aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist in the management and optimization of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Provide training and support for Salesforce CPQ and other sales tools to ensure the sales team is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support of overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Adept at communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that drive sales efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including reporting and analytics.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, pricing, and quoting processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with other sales tools and technologies (e.g., Sales Enablement platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
