Position Overview:

Join us as a Sales Representative, where you’ll help independent pharmacies enhance their delivery capabilities while unlocking your own financial potential. This commission-based role allows for substantial earning opportunities, with flexibility to work remotely and set your own hours. Top performers can earn between $40,000 - $110,000+ per year.

What You’ll Do:

1. Develop and manage a pipeline of leads with independent pharmacies and healthcare providers.
2. Introduce Swift X’s delivery solutions and showcase the benefits for local pharmacies.
3. Drive new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling and networking.
4. Take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
5. Partner with Swift X’s team to refine strategies and expand our client offerings.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in B2B or healthcare.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented attitude.
• Ability to self-manage and stay organized.
• Experience or knowledge in healthcare or pharmacy services is a plus but not required.
