What you’ll do On a daily basis, you will:
- Research 5G/6G transmission and reception mechanisms
- Develop novel enhanced algorithms for the 5G/6G network
- Provide patentable solutions for implementation of new features in 5G/6G technologies
- Support the entire patent process from start to finish
- Interact with and present to clients
Who you are You possess expert knowledge of communication theory and 3GPP standards related technologies such as massive-MIMO, scheduling/HARQ, URLLC, V2X, NRU, IoT, advanced waveform, enhanced CA/DC, artificial intelligence (AI) native air interface, XR, V2V/V2X, and/or others.
Required Qualifications - Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree
- 5+ years of 3GPP standards experience (RAN1/RAN2/RAN3)
- A proven track record of patents related to 5G/6G technologies
- Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or similar degree
- 7+ years of 3GPP standards experience (RAN1/RAN2/RAN3)
- Experience working with and presenting to clients
- Good communicator/presenters
- Creative thinkers and problem solvers
- Detail-oriented professionals
- Great writers
