Key Responsibilities:

Teach French language and culture to students in grades 6-8.
Develop and implement lesson plans that promote student engagement, understanding, and growth.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged and supported.
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to create a cohesive learning experience for students.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs of students.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Education, French, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
A current and valid teaching certification in French for the state of Massachusetts.
Previous experience teaching middle school students or working in an educational setting is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
A passion for teaching and a commitment to creating a positive, adaptive learning environment for all students.
